De passage à , Nous avons passé un excellent moment au Sugar Factory, Le lieu est vraiment magique, encore plus dans cette période de Noël, et je tiens tout particulièrement à remercier le Barman Joao pour son excellent service.

2-1-25 I see this place pack all the time when I come to MOA but never tried it and my wife wanted to try it so why not. Base on the name of the restaurant, I was expecting sugar drinks and what not but they actually got food like ribs, steak, chicken, sandwich, burger which I was surprised to see, but after looking at the price, I was let down, they are straight up expensive. I was looking at the ribs and full rack of ribs is like 45 dollars…. Even the prices of drinks are expensive. Sure they look good but I can’t justify getting a sugary drink or cocktail for the price because of fancy it look.
I ended up getting the appetizer rainbow slider which I think I overpaid for. The sauce is what makes it good, very little flavor, I couldn’t even taste the pickle flavor, the fried union makes it crispy which gives it texture. The beef was juicy. 27 dollars for colorful sliders, looks cool, but not worth it for the price, since it doesn’t even come with fries. I also got the onion rings. It was okay. My wife got a burger. I tasted the fries it comes with and it wasn’t that great. Overall 60 dollars for sliders, burger meal and onion rings is not worth it. The most overpriced restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. You are paying for look, not taste.

The restaurant was dirty, debris on the walls, floor, and mirrors. We ordered fairly quickly, a flatbread to share and drinks. The food came out in a timely manner, but I did have to ask again about my hot chocolate that I ordered. The service was great at first, but I paid in cash and the waiter, Kevin, side eyed us multiple times while not giving back my change. I was going to add more cash for the tip, but we ended up just leaving after he walked past us three times without stopping. Overall, not the worst restaurant we have been to, but it could have been much better. They just missed the mark this time. (Also, be prepared for like a million birthdays 😂 we were there for less than an hour and there were 4 birthdays all within 20 minutes of each other — we were entertained for sure)

Wow! I honestly thought it would be gimmicky and silly but everything is delicious and the staff are wonderful. My boys both had a birthday and they sang a song and got ice cream! The fancy drinks are so good and totally worth it. We got a non alcoholic version of “the candy store” I think. It was delicious.
Chicken sandwich was great. My son had the Big Cheesy, and it was one of the best burgers he has ever had.
It’s beautiful, fun and absolutely 100% fun! Honestly, not that expensive either!

This place was really cute. The workers were very friendly. The food was good. The shakes were good, but they are a bit much. You can also tell they use cheaper ingredients for them. You could tell, for example, the chocolate was a cheaper type of chocolate by the taste. The biggest issue was the music. It was extremely loud. It was hard to hear the waiters, and it was hard to hear the people you're with. It's not fun having to talk very loud because then everyone else hears you, and you hear everyone else's conversations. It shouldn't be so loud to where that is the case.

Incredible atmosphere. Made last moment reservations and we are accommodated greatly. We got multiple huge large drinks and a huge huge ice cream platter. They did the whole song and dance and play some 2 Chainz.
