I had a truly frustrating experience with Sandy Hamilton's plumbing service. After sending someone to survey my plumbing job, they displayed a shocking level of apathy by never bothering to follow up with an estimate, despite my numerous requests. It was evident that Tracy had no interest in taking my business and even wasted their own employee's time by conducting the survey in the first place. Rather than stringing customers along with continual excuses, they should have the decency to upfrontly communicate their disinterest in providing their services. It's a disappointing display of unprofessionalism and a complete waste of time for their own employees and anyone seeking reliable plumbing assistance.

This company did all of the plumbing and HVAV work in my brand new home. There have been several things that have leaked causing damage and when I contacted them to inform them of the issues they take my phone # say they will get back to me, they NEVER get back to me. I would think that a company that does that much work for a customer should be diligent with warranty issues. When the a/c didn't work properly in the spring (the first time I turned it on) they took 2 weeks to come and make repairs. This is an unacceptable time frame. The last problem has been 7 weeks and still no phone call. Terrible customer service and many lies.

Sandy Hamilton came right away to fix the septic draining. Great work and professional. Provided a review and assessment of the entire septic system. Left the yard as though they were not there.

This is the 2nd time I have requested service from them. We are nearby! They installed our HVAC. I have requested service. They said, “ok”. I wait, wait and wait some more. NO REPY. Weeks go by.
This last time my AC is dead. They say ok, get back to you. Weeks later not one phone call. I. asked and the girl says, “we are busy”. Dah, I guess. I asked if someone can call me within a week to give an estimate as to when they might attend. She said yes, someone will call. It has now been 3 months. NO ONE CALLED. They don’t care one iota. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! Lack of interest and poor customer care!
I use Daryl’s Heating and Cooling and they were great. Came within a few days and did what they said they would on budget. That is is customer service!
DONT USE SANDY’S HVAC. You will be disappointed. They don’t care!!!!!

Requested an estimate to install a propane system in a new build. Talking with receptionist two times, then with the sale person Tom over a week period. Send all the info required. This is the fourth week and after 2 messages left still nobody called back with some numbers. Ridiculous interest from this company for business. My recommendation is stay away.

Have called twice to get an appointment and was told someone would call me back. Crickets. AND they installed all my heating air conditioning systems. Bad customer service.

DO NOT RECOMENED. Installed heat pump, been 1 year and it still doesn't work, they come out to "fix it" and just disconnected it and did NOT update us of this. Very unprofessional, horrible communication and have fun trying to get them to actually show up and do their job.
