J’ai fais mon entretien complet + changement des pneus fin août chez Norauto Vallet, 1 mois plus tard je fais mon contrôle technique et à ma grande surprise il y avait un défaut majeur : fuite d’huile importante, je me rend dans un garage qui m’informe qu’il manquait un boulon et un joint au niveau du carter oubliés lors de la vidange, tout était souillé d’huile. Perte de temps de devoir aller tout refaire, racheter de l’huile, nettoyer et repasser la contre visite.

En panne à Clisson après un long trajet de 700 km, aucun garage de sa marque n’a accepté ne serait-ce que de diagnostiquer mon véhicule un samedi.
Le centre Norauto m’a accueilli en fin de journée et proposé un diagnostic pour le lundi.
Celui-ci a confirmé mes soupçons. Le chef d’atelier a trouvé le moyen de caser les réparations dès le lendemain malgré la période tendue.
Le mécanicien a proposé une solution de réparation efficace au tarif très raisonnable pour ce type de panne.
J'ai pu rentrer chez moi sereinement le mercredi.
