When being diagnosed with piriformis syndrome sciatica and two disc prolapses why when changing GP because of moving from the area dose the new GP get the previous GP records and ignores them saying that the complaint of the diagnoses doesn't count or referred to when giving treatment. The new GP hides the problem and the patient is left in pain. Why?

I've currently been put in the hospital for telling the truth about the NHS. They are fully corrupt, but in there there's also some very corrupt uncorrupt people there needs to be the balance, then it's more corrupt uncorrupt than corrupt. There's so much longer within hs, but yet so much right? Please believe me this is big for help. I'm stuck in the hs and I can't get out. Very confused this is what there drugs go to you
