Been working with Lakshmi and her team for 4 tax seasons now. They are true pros. Helped us find savings in our returns, and keep the process tight and efficient. Used them for 2 almost 3 years for both personal and business services. Almost every time they filed my taxes, they were late. I used them for all of their services and regret it, bookkeeping, tax preparation/filing and payroll. Worst experience. Come to find out they had me overpay in taxes (thousands of dollars) and forced me to amend my tax filings.

It took me to fire them and have another accounting service look over my filings to find that out. I am still dealing with correcting what they have done.

Seems like everyone works from India and by email only, you work with someone different every time so you can only imagine what that's like. No one seems to be trained on advising.

Bookkeeping was recorded wrong, payroll was late so there were times people did not get paid on time.

When you finally talk to owner she deflects instead of correcting.

Doing my taxes with Money Equations was the best decision I made. I struggled to find an accountant that could handle my personal taxes as well as my complicated business taxes and at a reasonable price. They were extremely communicative, understanding, and experienced. I will be doing my taxes with them for as long as they are in business or for as long as I am alive.
