I have not had a very good experience with Manatee County Florida in anyway but the Public Defender Office has a responsibility to defend their clients and they have completely failed to do so. They forced me into taking a plea deal and failed to follow up with me on my paperwork. They also were defending myself and the person who was testifying against me at the same time and we both had the same attorney Alina McClintock? Is this legal? And I have called raisin concerns about this to the supervisor Jennifer Sanchez and I have received no reply. At the time I was not aware of this issue but as soon as I was aware of this I called them but they have not replied to me. I’m not an attorney but this does not seem right to me.

Never met a more sincerely careless and cavalier group of people. It will break your bank, but please seek out help from more competent means. You'll get a public defender whom is more interested in getting you a plea deal, than actually doing their job. Lazy, and careless.

I've not had to much experience with the legal system until recently but I just want to thank Mr. D. Bythrow for all he did for my son. We could not of asked for a better outcome. The office is very professional an im just so impressed with what this man did. Again thank you Mr bythrow, I appreciate all you did I just can't thank you enough.

I never met a more over worked group of lawyers, judges and defendents by the fat pocketed policing for revenue department... sheriff of knotting up your citicizens...... omg.... poor citizens
