UPDATE:Main Event was Awesome when I reached out to them. The management addressed the issue with the staff and took care of it. We will give it another try… hopefully they earned a 5 star. The management sure did.

Absolutely horrible food and service.. soggy tacos, waitress kept going back to check if they have stuff available went back 4 times once to check if they have meat for hamburgers. Never came to check once on the table.. I had to get up and ask for silver ware (got plastic fork and spoons) waitress was in her phone.. got up again to ask for the bill… won’t go back again $70 wasted… would not recommend this place to anyone.

We had fun bowling on a Sunday evening kinda last minute. It was very busy but the staff seemed to be trying to keep up. It was loud and the food was decent.

The bathrooms needed attention! 🙁

We went to this place for the first time with 10 different people that we were gonna have a great time. It was an hour and a half wait for our Lane so we went into the bar ordered our first rounds of drinks which took about 30 minutes order the second round of drinks a couple came a few did not mine did not at all and the waitress said it’s because they ran out of glasses, although we keep seeing them making drinks in the same glass for people drink an hour after we and bold The service was much better out there. The bathrooms were horrendous I will post pictures it took us more than an hour and a half to get our lanes which was also a problem. Would never go back. Eric Londino

Jade, Elmo, and Mannix made the trip worth while. We went on a Sunday afternoon when it was jammed packed and only getting more crowded. Jade made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our experience while still tending to her responsibilities. She had the BEST customer service for the night. Elmo was our server he was very attentive and made sure we're comfortable. I'll definitely come back just because I know good people work there

This location is absolutely HORRIBLE. I love the area ( I frequent TwinPeaks often and the Hilton Garden ) so I will stop in to bowl. The service is as poor as it gets. I literally had to go and get my drinks the entire time I bowled. Server never came out to check on us and staff was sitting there eating with several customers needing attention. Management is a joke. The ONLY reliable staff is Christina at the bar. I will request her anytime I am at this location. I will definitely not be back. I prefer to drive further to Plano or Grapevine for better service. I have given this location far too many tries. The bathrooms are SOOOO NASTY. Shut this place down ASAP. The surrounding venues service is outstanding,
