Absolutely medieval customer service for their gas supply. They take advantage of the fact that they have a captive audience and their representative, 'Maggie' thinks she's a 'feudal lord' with no sense of 'customer care'! They have left my edlerly (80) year old aunt with a destroyed front garden and no gas connection, severed phone lines and a severed sprinkler / sewerage system! Maggie gleefully hung up when I tried to find out how they were going to resolve the issues!

Absolute worst water company ever, doubt they will care much about the negative reviews either. We heard others were under a boil water notice after our water had been restored 24 hours. Decided to call and sure enough we are too! They “haven’t had time” to put out signs or notify their customers. This is the icing on a cake of other awful things we’ve dealt with since being with Pure Utilities.

TERRIBLE front desk customer service. Have had two homes where unfortunately the only provider is this company. They never own up to any issues on their end. Do not even try to get answers out of the front desk lady. She is rude and will always tell you it is your fault while contradicting herself when you try to get answers. In our first brand new home we basically had mud as water (and photos to prove it) and yet somehow she said it was “our pipes and that it is perfectly safe to bathe in”. Spoke with the owner and was able to receive a little more help. Now, with the second home we are already having issues. The job is always half done and this company never cops to any of it. Will never recommend this company!

Worst Utility Company I have ever had to deal with. If I wasn't forced to use them I would fire them. Still have to mail in a check to pay the bill? Meter readings make zero sense. Sometimes bills do not show up in the mail at all... Please get with the 21st century.

I wish this water company would upgrade to this decade instead of living in the dinosaur stage! Paying would be so much faster and easier also on TIME if there was a way to pay over the phone or internet! Not everyone has time to send a money order/gram or pay with check.

Paid my deposit in August for a meter & have called to find out what's going on. Still no response. Horrible customer service. Time to ask for a refund. Rudest customer service ever too.

Wish I could give them a zero rating, the are the worst utility company I have ever dealt with..... Can't get a bill amount on line and can't pay it online!
Plus the water is undrinkable, everyone in Tanglewood has brown water if we have any at all!!!!

DONT EVER pay in cash!! The front desk will say you paid less than you actually did, But of course doesn’t own up to it. Also takes forever to deposit your check. They need to do online payment so we know where our money is actually at.
