Attendant is extremely rude and incompetent. His name is Gordon. Absolutely lazy,rude,arrogant. I don't know how the company keeps someone like him. He is a shame for BP.

The toilets here nothing short of a biohazard. No soap. No warm water. No toilet paper. No bin. Very smelly. Extremely dirty.

Have raised this previously with the shop assistant and clearly don’t care to listen. Would recommend taking a walk over to the main services instead.

Toilets are foul. Visibly unclean and clearly not cleaned regularly. I’d hate to think what they smelled like if the door hadn’t been wedged open. With BPs name above the door, I can’t see why they wouldn’t shut it down if they’re not going to have it upgraded… I certainly wouldn’t use it again.

Phoned this station asking the attendant if the I could refuel my car as I seen heras fencing whilst driving past, the attendant said yes then hung up the phone whilst I was mid sentence. When I drove up to the station only the HGV pumps were usable. Attendant was extremely rude and incompetent as I had to drive miles to the next service station to refuel.

Absolutely disgusting toilets. Clearly hadn't been clean all day if not all week
The festival I was driving to had cleaner toilets, seriously!

Advice.. Unless you are running on fumes keep driving to the next services.
